This course is for dancing off anything that borders you and step into enjoying, having fun and improving your body condition! We are going to dance using Hip Hop and other dance styles elements, learn moves and how to dance them like no one is watching! In every class we do not only dance, but also build muscle strength and learn breathing techniques.
This class is going to build your confidence, improve your coordination, reflexes, flexibility, strength and lift your overall health!
Everyone is welcome, no matter if you have never danced before or have some experience in dance!
